The X-Treme padel court has been designed by MejorSet engineers seeking to provide maximum visibility, aesthetic design and resistance to strong and tropical winds, as well as hurricanes. This court resists gusts of up to 265 km/h, certified by American and European organizations. With special anti-corrosion priming and Magnelis steel reinforcements, this court is ideal for the United States, as well as Central American countries such as Mexico or Oceania such as Australia.
The court enclosure consists of a self-supporting structure with structural tube, closed and anchored with two lower and upper perimeter rings, made of structural tube, the upper one measuring 350x250x6 to withstand winds of up to 265 km/h (165 mp/h) and the lower one made of 2.5 mm Mejoset structural sheet.
Galvanised steel, with zinc priming and coating of the structure with baked polyester epoxy resin with a C5 certification.
Galvanised electrowelded mesh 50x50x4mm with seamless delivery and frames formed with thick structural sheet according to specifications, 2 horizontal tube crossbars for anti-buckling (prevents the structure from bending due to weight).
Intermediate lateral pillars for fastening frames in 100x50x3mm tubes.
This court resists wind gusts of up to 265 km/h or 165 mp/h with tempered glass chosen especially for this model.
Both the side glass and the bottoms are 2x3m. All of them installed on 5mm neoprene to reduce vibrations and breaks. The manufacturing process of all these tempered glasses is carried out using a standardized production process and complying with the UNE EN 12150-1 standard. Both base and an alloy.
2.5 mm Magnelis carbon steel sheet, coated on both sides with a zinc-aluminum-magnesium alloy, to ensure the attachment of the court, 4 glasses to the ground.
The metal elements are coated with a thermosetting polyester powder paint formulated with polyester resins. This QUALICOAT certified finish, in the color desired by the customer, gives these elements good resistance to corrosion and ultraviolet rays, as well as great resistance to mechanical impacts.
For coastal environments and with saltpeter, we work the structure with a two-layer priming system of pure epoxy coated with a powder or liquid finish, which create a barrier effect against corrosion and mechanical resistance to UV rays and abrasion.
For the X-Treme court, the default turf used is 12mm monofilament, available in the 4 official colors accepted by the International Paddle Federation: blue, green, orange/clay, black and purple.
We also have the new 10mm textured turf, used on the center court of the world's leading professional tournaments. It stands out for the textured effect of its filaments, which provide greater rotational and longitudinal traction capacity, allowing increased grip, improved safety and travel performance.
The runway is illuminated using 50x50 mm tubular streetlights, which can be straight, curved or zeta-shaped.
To place the luminaires, Magnelis crosses of 2 mm in length, 1 meter, 1.4 meters and 2 meters are used. These crosspieces are ideal for providing optimal lighting on the court.
By default, our courts include the installation of state-of-the-art LED lighting with 8 200w bulbs. To improve lighting performance, it is possible to increase the number of bulbs or with greater power.
In accordance with the NIDE regulations, the lighting of a padel court will be uniform and in such a way that it does not hinder the vision of the players, the refereeing team or the spectators.
We comply with the UNE EN 12193 standard “Lighting for sports facilities”.
In business as in padel tennis, we want it to be easy, dynamic and very understandable.
